Our manufacturing unit sits in Sector 63, Noida — inside Delhi NCR, roughly 25 km from central Delhi. Orders for Delhi buyers go out by road the same day or the next.

Being inside the NCR changes what we can promise Delhi customers. Sampling is a same-day conversation rather than a courier cycle: buyers from Connaught Place, Okhla, Naraina and Karol Bagh regularly visit the factory floor, approve an embroidery run in person and leave with a physical sample the same afternoon.

The Delhi order book is mostly corporate gifting, event and agency merchandise, school and institutional headwear, and export houses buying in bulk for onward shipment. Each of those has a different tolerance for lead time and a different finishing standard, and we quote them differently.

For bulk orders we hold stock of base fabrics in common colourways, which is what makes a short turnaround possible at all. Custom colours, custom panels and specialist finishes need longer — we will tell you which category your job falls into before you commit.
